Corporate Network Solutions, Inc. takes great pride in providing our customers with the best level of service and support available. We do our best to return calls to any of our customers within thirty minutes and if possible schedule same day service in emergencies. We know your time is important and we will do our best to keep you and your company’s network running smoothly.
We offer a variety of support contracts for pre-purchasing support time. These are especially useful if you are planning an upgrade or know you have some big projects coming up. Support contract time does not expire at this time.
We service what we sell! For all hardware we sell we will do any warranty claims for you free of charge, although you may have to pay shipping. The only exception is if the product you ordered was a special order or a non-warranty part. However, you will be notified in advance if there are any special circumstances regarding any products you purchase.
